BULLETIN BOARD CODE OF CONDUCT

We created the Code of Conduct to provide a basic understanding of what's allowed and not allowed in the Bulletin Board forum.
Most people have a common sense feel for what is and what is not appropriate in a forum.
We do, however, need to have a few set policies for everyone to refer to when the need arises.
You can browse the Alife4sale forum/Bulletin Board as an anonymous user, however, you will need to register in order to post anything.
Registering only takes about 30 seconds and all we need is a username and a valid E-mail address!
By registering and participating in Alife4sale bulletin board discussions you agree to the following policy.

The following are the principle guidelines for the establishment of this Code of Conduct:

* Ensure a friendly atmosphere to our visitors and forum members
* Ensure the privacy of our members and that of others
* Comply with existing laws
* Respect for each other and our statements (even if we disagree).
* Encourage responsible use of our forums and discourage activities which disrupt our community.
* Encourage the freedom of expression and exchange of information in a mature and responsible manner

* Deliberately antagonizing other forum users by posting abusive, malicious or personal attacks type message.
* Transmit any message, information, data, text, software or graphic files, or other materials that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, slanderous, obscene, libellous, hateful or racially, ethnically, sexually or otherwise objectionable.
* Impersonate any person or entity in an effort to deceive or mislead , including but not limited to alife4sale webmaster, message board administrator or moderator.
* Accessing, or attempting to access, the account or personal information of other users.
* Post or transmit any content that contains a virus, Trojan horse or other mischievous content.
* Use this forum in a manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources to other users (e.g., excessive shouting [use of all caps] or flooding [continuous posting of repetitive text or topics]).
* Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation.
* Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable national or international law, rule or regulation.
* Upload or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
* Post of content, questions or advice regarding pornography or links to sites containing such content. Inappropriate and off topic posts will be deleted immediately.

Breaking any of the above Rules of Conduct will make your message board account subject to immediate banning, and/or your message deleted, edited or moved.

While the Moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message.
Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to the Bulletin Board forum express the views and opinions of the author and not the Alife4sale Forum Moderators or Web-Master (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
